   The theme draws the nav hover underline as an absolutely positioned bar on
`a.item-number-one:hover:before`, sitting at `bottom:20px` with
`width:calc(100% - 60px)`. Those numbers are tuned for the MAIN site header,
where the same theme rule gives the link `padding:10px 25px 25px`.

The blog templates use the version-2 menu, where the link's padding is only
`9px 14px` — so the link's box is 38.4px tall instead of ~46px, and a bar
20px up from the bottom lands straight through the middle of the label. That
is the "strikethrough on hover" seen on blog pages; nothing in this
stylesheet causes it, it is a pre-existing mismatch this file corrects.
